The B.R.O.S. 1st Initiative Founder and Executive Director

Born in Union City, Tennessee, Scott Hayslett was always in search of inspiration and ways to express himself. Fortunate to be raised by two loving parents, but troubled by their demanding work schedules, Scott left home after High School to go to College and find the inspiration he could never have imagined. He has traveled and attended several different colleges, universities, and lived in many major cities in the United States. (Memphis, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Washington D.C, and now Milwaukee). Scottie has an extensive career working with youth and adults in every realm of education including Collegiate, and Pre-K– 12. Mr. Hayslett has worked supporting individuals in treatment facilities, detention centers and mental health homes with an array of services that enhance individual, community and cultural development. In the next 3-5 yrs Bro. Scott has goals of hosting and facilitating National and International Youth Development Conferences.

Scottie Hayslett has his Master’s Degree in Human Services from Springfield College, (Milwaukee, WI.
